Where do you ship? 

We ship in the US and plan to expand to global shipping in the future! 

How long will it take for my sprinkles to ship? 

You can expect your Sprink delivery within 3-8 days from purchase (2-3 days for processing, 3-5 days for shipping) via USPS. 

Can I make a return? 

All Sprink sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to food safety regulations. View our Refund Policy for more information.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any return question at info@sprinkshop.com.

Can I cancel my order? 

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@sprinkshop.com with your order number to request cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request. 

How should I store my Sprink sprinkles? 

For maximum shelf life, store your sprinkles in a dark, dry, cool place. Keeping them out of direct sunlight will dramatically increase the shelf life. If cared for properly, sprinkles can last up to 3-5 years (they’re mostly just sugar!). 

How can I become a Sprink ambassador?

Are metallic dragees edible? 

Mixes with metallic dragees sprinkles are labeled “for decoration only”. These sprinkles are coated in a silver coloring that the FDA has not approved for consumption. They can be used to embellish treats, but should be removed before eating.

Are your sprinkles vegan? 

We do not offer a vegan sprinkle option at this time. 

Are there any allergens? 

Sprink sprinkles are made on equipment that also produces soy and tree nuts.
